CalPooler is built to turn the official league schedules for your child's school teams into calendar invites that land in your inbox — so games and practices show up on your calendar without you checking a handful of different league websites.

How it works

1. 1. A coordinator at your school adds you to your child's team roster.
2. 2. CalPooler reads each team's league schedule and turns games and practices into calendar invites.
3. 3. The invites arrive by email — accept one and the game is on your calendar. If a league reschedules, the invite is designed to update to match.

Your data

CalPooler only handles what it needs to send you the right schedules, and you stay in control of your information — including what we hold for each child and removing your data.
